General Information

Hand-Crafted

All cookies are made from scratch with the finest ingredients and decorated by hand with care.

Allergy Alert

Most cookie flavors contain the following known food allergens: WHEAT, EGG, MILK.
With the exception of the flourless almond cookies (which are made with almond), all cookies can be made without nuts or nut extracts.
Please note that while I take great care to clean and sterilize equipment between uses, I do not have dedicated baking equipment for nut free, gluten free, or dairy free products. Be sure to specify any food allergies when placing custom order requests so we can have a further discussion.

Packaging

Cookies are individually wrapped in heat-sealed food safe cellophane bags for freshness. Cookies are best enjoyed within two to three weeks of receipt.
I package my cookies with care and do my best to ensure they make it safely to their destination. That being said, I am not responsible for any cookie breakages once they leave my home.

Ordering

Custom order requests can be placed right here on this website under the custom order request tab when my schedule is open. 
Holiday pre-orders can also be placed on this website when they are available.

Payment

Orders must be paid in full within 48 hours of invoice receipt in order to reserve a spot on my cookie schedule. After 48 hours, spots will potentially be released to the next customer in line.
Forms of acceptable payment include cash, check, credit card, and Venmo.

Rush Orders

Cookie orders are considered rush orders when they are placed with two weeks notice or less. Rush orders will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will incur a minimum 25% rush fee.

Shipping

Due to Connecticut's Cottage Food Laws, shipping is unfortunately not available. Cookie orders are pick up or local delivery only.

Cancellation Policy

If you're unable to keep a scheduled order, please provide a 30 day advanced notice to ensure that you will be refunded for the order. Cancelling prior to two weeks before the pick up date will incur a 20% cancellation fee, meaning 80% of your payment will be refunded. No refunds will be given to orders cancelled within two weeks of the pick up date. At this point supplies, planning, time, etc. has been spent on your order.
